Orders are only processed once full payment has cleared. We accept secure online payments via trusted providers. Prices may change without notice, but you’ll always be charged what you see at checkout.
We ship across South Africa. Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment. You’ll receive tracking info once your parcel’s on the way. Delivery typically takes 3–4 business days, depending on your location. We can’t take responsibility for courier delays beyond our control.
We offer international shipping via The Courier Guy to select countries. Shipping availability, rates, and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
All international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees charged by their country's authorities. These costs are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
Orders refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges, incorrect address, or delivery refusal will be refunded minus the shipping and return costs.
We do not ship to countries where local laws prohibit the import of our products. Please check your country’s import policies before ordering.
All transactions are processed in South African Rand (ZAR). Your bank or payment provider may charge currency conversion fees.
International orders are final. We do not offer returns for international shipments unless the item arrives damaged.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for used or opened items. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll sort it out. Returns

If something major happens outside our control (like a natural disaster, postal strike, or political unrest) that delays your order, we’ll do our best to keep you updated - but we can’t be held responsible for those delays.

AM Kustohm coils are intended for experienced users only. Coil resistance may vary slightly depending on leg length, atomizer design, and your device's accuracy. We rigorously test every coil for optimal performance, but usage remains your responsibility. Please ensure you understand Ohm’s Law, battery safety, and coil installation before use. Use at your own risk. AM Kustohm (Pty) Ltd and its retailers are not liable for any injury or damage resulting from misuse. Coils are considered wear-and-tear items and do not carry a warranty. However, if we send you an incorrect item, we’ll happily accept returns and issue a credit. Returns
