Affiliate Program Agreement

AM Kustohm™ Affiliate Program Agreement

Effective Date: April 2025

This agreement covers your participation in the AM Kustohm™ Affiliate Program. By joining, you agree to the terms below.

1. Joining the Program

Register through our affiliate sign-up form. We’ll review and approve based on your content and how you plan to promote our brand.

2. Your Commission

You’ll earn 5% commission on completed orders made via your referral link. Commission is based on the order total, excluding shipping, discounts, and tax. We process affiliate payouts at month-end once you've earned at least R1000.

3. Do’s & Don’ts

• Do promote AM Kustohm™ honestly.
• Don’t spam or mislead others about our brand.
• Don’t impersonate AM Kustohm™ or run paid ads using our name.

4. Brand Assets

You may use our logos and banners from your affiliate dashboard. All assets remain AM Kustohm's property.

5. Ending the Agreement

Either party can end this at any time. Final commissions (if any) will be reviewed and paid out within 30 days of termination.

6. Legal Stuff

We’re not responsible for any indirect or special damages. This agreement is governed by South African law, and any disputes will be handled in your City or Province.

7. Updates

We can update this agreement at any time. We’ll notify you, and continuing in the program means you accept the new terms.
